At odd times.claims my fence is his poisoned my grounds with rot ,dry, black, red, white, intestinal worms , invasive worms, mealy bugs, and worse. Expressed multiple times his need for my house to be his, steals my mail : I have not received any financial statements since 2022. Reported to the police.
